pkgsrc still has xenkernel20 and xentools20. These have been obsolete for a really long time. But, I have tended to favor leaving things until there are no users, because the package is perhaps useful to people who haven't upgraded yet. I think that's now getting silly and I doubt there is anyone using it. If you are using xen2 from pkgsrc, or know someone who is using it from pkgsrc, please speak up (privately to me if you need to avoid public embarassment). Otherwise I intend to rm the packages on or after 5/23.
