The domu's are all using device backed virtual disks via statement like:

disk = [ 'phy:/dev/wd1e,0x1,w' ]

The assertion has occurred in different domu's when disk activity is
high. "postinstall check" has triggered it several times.

DOMU mount option is "log" on most partitions.

DOMUs and DOM0 all run  NetBSD 5-STABLE; the source was up-to-date a few
hours ago.
