dom0 panics when domU writes to disk on NFS

Hi,

I'm running a 5.1 dom0 and trying to install a 5.1 domU. The domU's disk
lives on NFS and whenever domU tries to write to the disk, dom0 panics.

If I move domU's disk to local storage, it works fine.

There was a remarkably similar issue a while ago:

  http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-xen/2009/10/01/msg005404.html

I've checked my xbdback_xenbus.c and my version (1.20.4.3) includes the
fix produced as a result of that thread.

This is what happens in dom0 when domU tries to write to its disk:

I also have another domU (FreeBSD HVM) on the same dom0 with the disk set
up in the same way, and this works fine.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Thanks!
