pygrub ext4

In case anybody else has had this problem... The stock pygrub in
xentools33-3.3.2nb1 doesn't support extents that are in Linux's ext4
fs.

I found a patch (

from http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.xen.devel/75639
that applies cleanly to xentools33-3.3.2nb1 and works like a champ.

Just thought I'd pass this along in case it could help save somebody
else from some hair pulling...
