I've not played with it myself just yet, but the FreeBSD Xen list has
had a flurry of activity recently, with a few people running domU's with
some success.

I'd start with the recent stuff on
http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-xen/

I don't know if any of them are with a NetBSD dom0, but would be very
keen to hear how it goes!
