no entropy sources on 5.0_RC2 XENPAE_DOMU

Running 5.0_RC2 XEN3PAE_DOMU built Feb 9, 2009 on the build cluster,
when I run "rndctl -l" all I get is the headers "Source Bits Type Flags",
and I can't start the kadmind (kerberos 5) server because it needs
entropy to start.

I've also submitted a PR, but don't have the number yet.
