panic: Unable to reduce memory reservation

I get the "panic: Unable to reduce memory reservation" a lot when trying
to compile a kernel with source on NFS under a 5.99.3 XEN2_DOMU kernel
from Nov. 30's autobuild.

Is there a work around for that?
