amd64 panics w/XEN_DOM0, not GENERIC

I've got a dell sc440 with 4gb of memory running NetBSD/amd64 under
xen-3.1.4 from pkgsrc. Using various -currents over the past two weeks,
I've managed to get a DOM0 to panic nightly. I'd previously run various
domu's for weeks/months at a time on it successfully since February
both under hvm and not (windows, linux, netbsd and opensolaris). Most
recently, I'd run a -current XEN_DOM0 kernel since mid-April. No
crashes.

About a month ago, I moved my amanda server over to the DOM0 from
another box I've been trying to turn off. Since then, if I was running
under a XEN_DOM0 kernel, it has reliably panic'd each night that it
was running a XEN_DOM0 kernel while amanda was running. Most recently
it crashed with the first bit of console messages on the console below
(uvm_fault), and previously most of the time with earlier -currents with
an assertion panic in kern_physio.c (below, after the uvm_fault errors).
(in retrospect, a ps /a may have been more useful than the ps/l, in the
attached).

I slowly paired things down so I was not running any xen daemons and
consequently, no domUs, and had eventually dedicated all of the 4gb
of memory to dom0. In this mode, running under GENERIC everything
would run fine (I'd let it go for days at at time). Under XEN_DOM0, it
would crash reliably sometime during the amanda run. I was not able to
correlate it to any particular actions inside of amanda, and panics have
happened from (system, and chunker).

I have not yet tried to let it go without amanda running. Cricket graphs
(via net-snmpd) from during the night indicate that the system never
consuming more than 512mb of memory.

I've also kmap_poison_check panics during normal invocations of shutdown
or reboot from multiuser mode. (from 'reboot' or 'mount_mfs).

dmesg under XEN_DOM0 and GENERIC are attached.

This is well beyond parts of NetBSD that I'm familiar with, so I'm hoping
someone can give me some pointers to trying to figure out what's up. Since
it will almost certainly crash tonight if I'm under XEN_DOM0, I can run
whatever ddb commands may give some enlightenment.

Thanks in advance for your help,
-Todd
