rtk0 in place of re0?

Hello all,

I am experiencing the classic "re0: watchdog timeout" error when using OpenBSD 
as a privileged DomU. The problem is documented here:

With the solution of "commenting out re(4) support" so that rtk0 will be used.

Could someone please elaborate on where this is done?
