As long as grub is the only documented way to boot a NetBSD/xen dom0,
it is an integral part of NetBSD/xen.  I don't particularly care if
the PR is in category port-xen or pkg, but there needs to be a PR.

Agreed.  But even that gets implemented, surely the inability of grub
to correctly read some FFS filesystems is still cause for a (pkg) PR.
