OK, it's some shapshot of xen 3.1. Maybe you could try using the xen kernel
from pkgsrc/sysutils/xenkernel3 ? I think there's a binary in
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/4.0/

If you can use a serial console, you can try the xen-debug.gz kernel,
it can give valuable infos about the domU crash. Note that you have
to use a serial console, it won't print anything more on a VGA console.
