I updated my packages and forgot to replace /xen.gz with version 3.0.3.

The gz file makes grub say "Error 13: Invalid or unsupported executable
format". I gunzipped xen.gz and now it's working fine.

Let's see if azalia works with 3.0.3. I doubt but who doesn't try never
knows :p
