On to the Panel way, there is VHCS which says to support Xen now... might be interesting for hosting businesses :)

I've learned about this today, maybe this is of interest to some (I 
haven't tried it on NetBSD):

XenMan is a nice GUI frontend for managing local and remote Xen domains, 
allowing domain startup and shutdown, accessing the console, etc.
