Just updated the wiki at http://wiki.onetbsd.org/index.php/xen

Feel free to hack it to shreds. I did what I had to to format it, forgive me.
There are a few places where elaboration may be required.

It should be a good place to point poeple who are setting up Xen3 until there
is an official Howto. 

Good to see MAKEDEV now includes the xsd_kva device. Anyone know if the shutdown
patch was committed?

What is the best/easiest was to track commits?
