xen3 has many improvements against xen2
i.e. SMP support for DOMU(you can have SMP DOMU)
     HVM on Virtualization enabled CPU you can run multiple OSes without
         any modifications in them.You can boot classic GENERIC kernel
         and run it.(intel->Vtx,AMD->Pacifika)

NetBSD-3 supports for now XEN-3 DOMU(INSTALL,XEN3)kernels.
