You add more mac= to the vif variable:
vif = [ 'mac=aa:00:00:50:02:f0, bridge=bridge0', 'mac=aa:00:00:50:02:f1, bridge=bridge1', 'mac=aa:00:00:50:02:f2, bridge=bridge2']
