There are some unimplemented functions needed for MTRR, I think they are
used by XFree86, because sometimes my Xserver is killed without reason,
apparently the log shows some WW: MTRR messages before it's killed.

Will anyone implement them? they are ltr(), lcr0() and rcr0(), 
see sys/arch/xen/include/xenfunc.h.
