We switched the ISOs from a ramdisk based install kernel to root-on-cd9660.
This makes the loaded kernel a lot smaller and also requires far fewer
RAM.

And there was some issue with the bootloader reading a compressed
kernel in libsa, which I am not sure we ever resolved completely.

Both of this do not affect the performance after installation.
