Diagnostic LED codes on 4000/90

Hello !

I recently acquired the 4000/90 with no drives and no RAM.
I tried to turn it on briefly for 3 minutes and the LED codes
display the following sequence :
From left (1-4 LEDs) to right (5-8 LEDs)
1 1 1 1 0 0 1 0

The 1's are light with RED LED, while 0's mean no LED.
I was looking inside Appendix B of user's manual and I couldn't
find this combination, does anyone know what it means ?

I have ordered 4x MS44-AA modules, would these be compatible
for this workstation ?

I am looking forward to test NetBSD on it.
