it is not a TC slot itself, it won't resemble what you see if you have 
a dec3000 alpha or a pmax box open.. it's a larger eurocard connector
on the motherboard. the TC adaptor plugs into that, and presents a TC 
slot then on the other side. 
of course, ive never actually seen one of these adaptors, just drawings 
of them.. theyre quite rare.
