What I did, was use the 1.5.3 netboot image, to boot the 1.6.1
installer, (1.6.2 seems to hang before the installer kicks in), and then
point it at the 1.6.2 bundles, it seems to have worked okay on my
4000/90. Older installers don't cope with the kern bundle being named
slightly differently.

There's also the URL for the firmware upgrade in the archives somewhere,
that un-broke my 4000/90 quite nicely.
