And to get them all (and other options) correctly configured, so that
original DEC operating systems will automatically recognize them, use
my 'sysgen' utility, in pkgsrc/sysutils/sysgen. For instance:

athene:tih> sysgen
Type device names one per line, optionally followed
by a comma and a repeat count. Finish with EOF.
tqk50
deqna
uda,7
dhv11
Table of standard DEC assignments for configuration:

  DEVICE CSR VECTOR
-------------------------
   TQK50 774500 0260
   DEQNA 774440 0120
     UDA 772150 0154
     UDA 760334* 0300*
     UDA 760340* 0304*
     UDA 760344* 0310*
     UDA 760350* 0314*
     UDA 760354* 0320*
     UDA 760360* 0324*
   DHV11 760500* 0330*

CSRs and vectors marked '*' are in floating space.
