Yes. My MV III in a BA123 has 3 x 8 MB boards. 
You can have a max. of 4 RAM boards with the KA65[05] and
max. 16 MB / Board. (I have a few 32 MB boards. They show
up in "sh mem" as when they where two separate boards.)
