Probably 120/208 wye (AKA star), four wire.  That's what my 6320 was. 
*Might* be 120/240 delta (AKA triangle), which is three or four wires,
depending on wether 120 volt is needed or not.  If there is absolutely
no 120 needed, I'd guess 240 delta, as that was more common back then.
