Are they spinning up?  If not, set the spin up jumper on the seagate.
The RZ57 has a block up near the front bottom left (inverted) of the
drive that rolls forward.  Make sure pins 1 and 2 of that have a jumper.
If they aren't being seen, they have not spun up.

That is all I can think of.
