Yeah, I normally just use vanilla four-wire telephone cables with the
latches cut off if I'm doing MMJ-MMJ connections between a VS3100 and a
MMJ terminal.  Or if I need to go to DB-25 RS232, I get a plastic
snap-together adapter that goes from RJ45 to DB-25 and run the appropriate
wiring from the middle four RJ45 pins to the necessary DB-25 pins.
