Yes. But the KA660 version of the MS650 is faster. I pluged the 16MB
MS650 boards from my MV3500 (BA213) into my MV4k200 (BA215) and it did
not work. But the KA650 from the MV3500 worked well in the BA215 with
the MS650 from the MV4k200. (A KA650 with 64 MB RAM is nice. ;-) ) I
don't have the cards on hand, but if I remember right the KA650 MS650
is 100ns or 120ns and the KA660 MS650 is 70ns. Even a 80ns MS650 did
not work. 
BTW: The KA660 MS650 is one physical card with 32MB that is seen from
the CPU as two logical 16MB cards. This is nice for the BA215, as this
box has only six Q/CD slots. 

But, to come back on topic, a MV4k200 / KA660 is a nice machine. It will
perfectly run NetBSD with a MSCP disk adapter. I used a Dilog SQ706A
SCSI to QBus MSCP adapter with it. (That is now part of my MV4k400...)
