so who's gonna put this in the install notes?  i think it should really be
there since putting NetBSD on a vax that was already running VMS is probably
pretty common.

anyway, following the install doc i'm supposed to get:

.../NetBSD-1.5/vax/installation/bootfs/boot.fs.gz 

but it doesn't exist, in fact, there is no bootfs directory, only a netboot
one.

could someone build me a set of TK-50 boot files with the latest and greatest
so i can try the SHAC support?  that would be awsome.
