as soon as i get a copy of the UCX stuff and get TCP/IP working i can ftp a
copy of NetBSD over to the 4000/400 for net booting purposes. after it's all
setup, the plan is to move the disks to a 4000/300 and leave the /400 diskless
for netbooting. at that point i'll have two machine:

4000/400 64MB RAM
4000/300 32MB RAM

both booting diskless off the VMS box, so i can run any version of NetBSD very
easily just by netbooting different setups. i don't know how usefull this will
be to you guys and you're plans, but the option is there for the machines if
you care to use them for testing of some sort (the net filesystems may be a
bottleneck however, unless someone has QBus FDDI cards they would care to part
with, SAS is fine)
