The PDP-8 chip is 6100 or later 6120 and is found in DECmates (WPS).

The RQDX3 cpu is T-11 (PDP-11 on a chip) and is alos use in HSC50.

DEUNA, unibus NIC
DELQA, Qbus NIC (later and better) (not lance)
DEQNA, Qbus NIC older, VAX and PDP-11 (not LANCE)
LANCE, Chip Level NIC used on MV2000 and 31000s and later
