anyone know

a)  the pin out for that MMJ serial port connector on the back of a VS3100
    and also on the serial card in a VS4000/60?

b)  what the right terminal settings are for a serial console

c)  should the machine just come up with the console on the serial port if
    I don't have a keyboard/mouse plugged in or do I have to do something
    else?
