Hi Everyone,

I have confirmed by experiment that mopd fails with another VAX running VMS 
is trying to "help." I'm not sure how the MOPD on VMS is configured so I 
haven't yet figured out how to tell it to stop helping, but when I do I'll 
pass that along to. (the vax in question is running VMS 5.4)

The second question is what is the deal with 1.5alpha? Seems it was build 
with Kerberos etc fully engaged or something? My test vax sits on a net 
with no DNS connectivity and nearly everything seems to hang with what is 
presumably a DNS timeout. Very weird. Now that my M76 is up and functional 
again I'm going to start a crank turn on the latest sources and see what 
pops out.
