Trying to build a NetBSD kernel, got the 1.4L sys.tar.gz from ftp.netbsd.org
a day or two ago.  It dies most of the way thru the compile with M_SOFTINTR
being undefined, it's used in arch/vax/machdep.c.  Grep can't find it anywhere.
What's it supposed to be?
