I need to recompile the 1.4Y Kernel to include a second DELQA, however I am
having a difficult time finding the proper "sys.tar.gz and config.tar.gz"
files.  Should I use /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/tar_files/src/sys.tar.gz
and config.tar.gz"?  If not then what and where?
