This one bugged me for a while when trying to rebuild a kernel. In the
file sys/arch/vax/vsa/smg.c, in the function smg_attach, there is a
reference to a variable "smc_cursor_ch" which should be "smg_cursor_ch".
Pretty easy to spot. Could someone commit that? I'm afraid I don't know
the procedure.

Oh - and I'm rebuilding right now to test the possible 4000/60 SCSI fix.
I'll report later tonight.
