I have now got my MV3100 netbooting from a 486 NetBSD server, so long as
the RZ56 is offline.  There was no problem until I tried booting
multiuser after I had configured it.  Now I can't log in.

If I try root I get:

root login refused on this terminal
login:Feb 6 08:15:54 sleepy login: LOGIN root REFUSED ON TTY
.nfsA001e4.4

I have tried copying the /etc/passwd from the server to the VAX's
/etc/passwd and then using a normal user name and then get 'login
incorrect' despite the fact that I am using a valid user name and
password.

Can anyone help?
