The 630QB is MicroVAX II in a deskside BA123 enclosure.  The 630QE is the
MicroVAX II in a rackmount enclosure.  If that helps any.  

At one point I'd actually found some really cool historical archives of
VAX discussion groups which contained an outline of all the then
contemporary MicroVAX II and VAXstation II configurations, but I can't
seem to find it now.
