I looked this up in the NetBSD manual, apparently it means "You dumb&!Q%
you symlinked the wrong MOP file!"

I fixed the symlink to point to the booter from 1.4.1 and all was well, I
got to the netbsd booter prompt. 

Next question, what do I need to do to create a "mop format" booter? I'm
building boot as I type to speak only BOOTPARAMS to get around my DHCP
server issue and I'll need to make that mop like so that I can serve it up!
