I'm not sure about any of the other monitors out there, but i've currently
got a VR290 running of my VAXstation 3100/38 with an 8 plane board just
fine :) I'm not sure about jumpers on the card modifying anything major,
but I recall a thread in the archives about being able to change one
jumper to modify the screen resolution (?) slightly to run it better on
some monitors.
