Alrighty, I just wanted to plug the BSD Driver Database, which used to be
the FreeBSD driver database. It's now open to all the BSD's out there. I
commend the effort towards providing a service from which all BSD OSes
might benefit. Blurb from the web page:

Just because you don't have the time to write the driver yourself
doesn't mean you can't still help. The idea behind the BSD Driver
Database is to help individuals with hardware that needs supporting get
in touch with driver developers with the knowledge to write the support
for the hardware. This is a list of drivers currently under development
that could stand to gain from time or resources you may have to offer.

Check it out at http://www.posi.net/freebsd/drivers/

Of special note, someone's posted that they'll have a VAX 7000 available
in a few months for NetBSD/vax work. The machine is located in Sweden.
