If config says this, somebody ought to fix these horrible grammatical
errors. The messages should better read

INSTALL:95: cpus cannot attach to mainbuses
INSTALL:97: mems cannot attach to mainbuses
INSTALL:100: ubas cannot attach to mainbuses

or if forming correct plurals is considered too difficult, something
like

INSTALL:95: a cpu cannot attach to a mainbus
(etc)
