Graphics console is not yet supported (except the monochrome gfx on the board,
but i think, 9600 is a bit faster :-). You can't select another speed in the
boot ROM, but you have 2 possibilities to speed up things:

1) Use telnet to the box, this will give you max speed
2) modify the entry for /dev/console in /etc/ttys or so, maybe in inittab, you
will find it. So you can set autoboot, set your terminal to a faster rate, and
see the login with this rate. Not very good, i prefer the network login.
