I've experienced the same problem with the mopd, also running 1.3.2-vax (I think -
the last formal 1.3 release, not snapshot). If run in fg mode, it would show the
first request, then just sit there for a while. If you halt the machine you're
trying to boot, and try again, it will operate correctly. Just fails on the first
attempted boot after loading mopd.
