I've got two 4000-200s at home, and have been waiting anxiously for support,
too.  I've been writing a bunch of tech documents for Michael, as I have a
copy of the EK-KA660-TM (tech manual for the CPU - it has all of the sgec,
shac, rtc, etc... info that we need).  So it's just waiting or hacking
ourselves...

So, it's partly my fault (sorry!) that I've not given Michael the document
yet.  But I'm certainly excited about having a few extra heaters for the
coming winter...
