This is not quite correct. 1.3.3 is only bugfixes for 1.3.2. Dynamic libs
hasn't been in any release yet. BUT:
Just around now starts the freezing period for 1.4, so in a week or 
sooner I will upload a complete "first-cut" of a new real release.
