I've got a uVAX 3200 series box that reports on a serial console when
I connect it up and switch it on:

	... ?62
	Normal Operation Not Possible

Can some kind soul let me know what error ?62 is?  It sounds rather
serious and possibly fatal for my hope to operate the box.
