Hello,

I installed NetBSD 1.3.2 on an RD54 in a MicroVAX 2000. When I did
"disklabel -B rd0" (from a netboot) it complained about missing
"/usr/mdec/rdboot". I pointed disklabel at "raboot" and this cured this. On
trying to boot from disk I get:

83 BOOT SYS
-DUA0

howto 0x0, bdev 0x24, booting...
 85 RESTART SYS
 84 FAIL

I tried using "xxboot" as boot block also. Anyone know which boot block file
I should be using and where I might get it?

tia,

Andrew

PS. I would use later than 1.3.2 but as I understand there is no RD disk
support on uV2000, certainly not in -current.
