Hello again ! :-)
Now i have formatted all my drives on the uVAXII using DEC:s "MVII diag
cust TK50" tape, and labeled the rootdisk using a boot tape.
i am right now copying the miniroot onto the swap partition, and then it
dawned on me:
the boot/miniroot tape is OLD. it's version 1.2G. Will this be a problem,
if i want to install 1.3.2? must i first install 1.2G (if i can get my
hands on it) and then upgrade to 1.3.2, or can i just boot the miniroot
and then get the new distribution anyway? What are the pitfalls that i can
fall into with the instalation? (i know, impossible question, but please
take a shot at giving me the most obviuos ones - l;ast time i tried i
forgot to build my devices and then got stuck..)
thankful for answers...
/Ronny
