If you connect a real RX50 to a PC only the bottom drive will work because
of the swapped around pins on the PC floppy interface. But that shouldn't
be too much of a problem, if one drive works that is sufficient for copying
disks. You even have a greater chance that it will work because the bottom
drive is usually used less often than the top one, so it should be in a
better condition anyway :)
I suggest if you change PUTR for driving real RX50s to forget about the
top drive, then it should be easy.
