why not???
All countries in east-europe (commicon or so), inclusive east-germany (i
mean befor 1989) where be able to produce derivate of pdp and vax! And
some of theme did it, czechian SM52/12 (780), east-germany K1840 (780,
in big letters it says in the papers, that east-germany has 32-bit at
11.5.87, in german: Vorstosz zur internationalen Spitze-Robotron
produziert 32-Bit-Rechner (ROTFL)). I will say, why should romanian
engineer not be able??? Are they bad engineers?
